  • Medium Frying Pan
  • Bowl (for tossing)
  • Knife

Method

Cut the firm tofu into large 3cm cubes.

Toss the tofu in the cornflour to coat evenly.

Heat a medium frying pan with the sesame oil on a medium-high heat until the oil is shimmering.

Fry the tofu for 4-5 mins, turning with a spatula until golden brown on each side.
