- Plain Flour100 g
- Large Eggs2 whole
- Milk300 ml
- Sunflower or Vegetable Oil1 tbsp
- Salt1 pinch

Place the Plain Flour and a pinch of Salt into a large bowl.

Crack the Large Eggs into the bowl and pour in the Milk and Sunflower Oil.

Whisk everything together until you have a smooth batter.

Let the batter rest for 30 minutes (optional).

Place a crepe pan or frying pan over medium heat and wipe it carefully with some oiled kitchen paper.
