  • Dijon Mustard1 tsp

Method

Mix tomato puree, honey, vinegar, mustard, paprika and 3 tbsp water in a bowl to make the BBQ sauce.

Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium-high until shimmering.

Season the pork loins, add to the pan and cook for 5-6 mins on each side until browned.

Add the BBQ sauce to the pan and cook for 2-3 mins until sticky. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer — it must reach at least 63°C (145°F). If not, continue cooking.
